The Almond Thief bakery is based in Dartington, crafting a range of delicious sourdough bread.

Recently the Almond Thief made the decision to just sell direct from their bakery. The bread is so popular that they sell as much as they can make.

So now, selling only from their bakery means they have more ‘space’ to innovate and develop their range of bread, pastries and other goodies, like their collaborative ‘Barrel Thief’ sourdough beer with the New Lion Brewery and sourcing locally produced flour from Grown In Totnes.

But the Almond Thief are super supportive of the Totnes Food Shed, a newly launched click and collect farmers market which sells only local food, and are supplying bread to the Food Shed as the only other outlet in town.
